Why we built Picaro

Too many teams spend hours editing the same Word documents with different names, dates, and details. They copy-paste from previous files, manually replace placeholders, and hope nothing was missed. When something goes wrong, they often do not catch it until the document is already sent.

Picaro was built to change that. It reads your existing Word templates, detects the placeholders you already use, and turns them into configurable fields. From there, you can fill a single document through a form or generate dozens of them at once from an Excel spreadsheet.
